Exercise 1:
Webcams give us an amazing access to places around the worlds. With regard to air pollution, we can take a look at many cities around the world to see how they rate 24 hours a day.
Find traffic cam or Webcam images that show air pollution and email the pictures to me. Find at least 4 images and try to get them from places around the world.
Here is one website that has links. (Note: if you get a map, look for camera icons to click on). Also do a Google search for "traffic cams"
Exercise #2:
Visit the EPA website at www.epa.gov
Find "Air" link at the right of the page. Go there and find the link called "The Plain English Guide to the Clean Air Act"
Click it and find the first link "Why should you be concerned about air pollution?" Click it and find three consequences to human health caused by air pollution.
Exercise #3:
Find this page by going to www.epa.gov then find "Air" link
then find "Air Pollutants" link then find the "What are
the Six Common Air Pollutants?" link. From there you should see the
image on the left. If not, go direct with this link:

Visit each of these and report where each comes from.
